Best Pakistans Independence Day Quotes 2018 14 august quotes 2018

In terms of both what we celebrate for and how we celebrate it, Independence Day is one of the best Pakistani holidays.
However, the irony lies in the fact, that today all of us take liberty as granted. We celebrate in full spirit by wearing green and white colored traditional Shalwar Kameez, painting our face half green and white, decorating our cars and our homes with the Pakistani flag, and in all this we somehow have misconstrue just how difficult it was to gain our freedoms 70 years ago.
How many lives were sacrificed, how many homes were abandoned, how many mothers lost their sons, how many children became orphans in this war of freedom. The unconditional and over dedicated efforts and the love and passion for Pakistan to be, in our leaders are facts, long forgotten and is not what we celebrate for on 14 August.
So, celebrate this Independence Day by all means, march in a parade, host a party, have fun, head to the beach, enjoy some fireworks. I might also be doing the same. But I would say, take some time out on this 14 August, and recall the history. Learn the facts and realize the sacrifices made, to understand the reason, actually why should we celebrate.
Here is a small collection of best quotes ever said about freedom, which will help you celebrate on this 14 August by messaging your friends, designing a poster, placing it as your facebook profile/cover photo, or even printing it on your cars back window. Enjoy!
